Whistle StopSeveral bloggers have already noted that Bush issued rulings to undermine the whistle-blower protection in the recent corporate crime bill the same day it was signed. The protection is now to be afforded only to whistle-blowers who assist an ongoing investigation, but denied to those who report misconduct not currently known to regulators or under investigation.
