It seems that somebody decided to hold a contest to see who could come up with the dumbest proposal for a security policy. And now, we have a
winner. Really, for the US to use nukes pre-emptively on anybody we think might be an enemy makes perfect sense. It's not as if we have any other options, other than using the strongest military that has ever existed. And the rest of the world probably won't notice or care.
